The Teluk Intan Leaning Tower

You don't need to travel abroad to see the Tower of Pisa. We in Malaysia too have you own Leaning Tower. The pride and joy of Teluk intan. A small town about 84 kilometres from ipoh City, is this spectacular leaning tower.

This pagoda like structure wan built in 1885 by a Chinese contractor, Leong Choon Choong. The tower stands at 25.5m high. The tower was once used for water storage.
