sates are offers physical work outs as well as other
activities like tennis, squash and swimming. Some of the
more exciting matches are played in Stadium Tuanku Abdul
Rahman at Paroi in the outskirts of Seremban. Cricket and
field hockey are two sports which people in Negeri
Sembilan are known to excel in. The favorite local sports is"sepak takraw" which is played with a rattan ball by small group of man and according to rules almost similar to that of volleyball. A very speedy and fascinating game, it is usually played outdoors in the evenings. |
